Hi, The default calendar of all the templates should have a 7 day week. Have you tried to alter the calendar at all? Is your timeline empty at the moment? If so, if you open Timeline Settings, then Edit calendar, and expand the Weekdays column, then you will see how many days of the week there are - it should have all listed here. If your timeline isn't empty, if you are able to send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we can look at what the issue is. Jess
Hi Jess. Thanks for the fast reply. I tried to open Timeline Settings > Edit Calendar but nothing happens. I did notice that it says under Edit Calendar "Note: Calendars can only be edited for empty timelines", so I presumed that's why I couldn't edit the calendar. Then again, I just saved a duplicate of my timeline, deleted all the events and I still can't edit the calendar. I can't remember altering the calendar. I bought AT2 a while ago, had an initial try of it and then put it aside. I've now returned to it today and begun using it more in-depth. I will send it to the email address you've given. Thanks. Tom
Hi Tom, I have emailed you the fixed timeline. For future reference you also need to have no entities in your timeline in order to alter the calendar (as they might have birth/death dates). Let us know if you see something similar again, it is only designed to happen if you alter the custom calendar yourself. Jess
Thanks so much, Jess. I don’t know what I did wrong initially (I first bought AET2 about two years ago) but I’m grateful that you were able to fix it so quickly. Fantastic service. I'll be recommending this software to my writer friends.
