Starting a year in the middle of a month

Is it possible (or in the future can it be possible) to customize a calendar so that a new year starts in the middle of a month? E.g., in one of my stories, the BC/AD time scale was changed after a major world event. They decided to restart their calendars at the end of the event. The event ended on August 9th, so they decided that August 9th is now day 1 of year 1 of the new time reckoning. Since it's still on Earth, the month names and lengths are the same, but rather than New Years Day being on January 1st, it's August 9th. In Aeon Timeline, I can jury-rig an alternate start-month by simply renaming the months in a new calendar so that August comes first, then go to Sept, Oct, Nov, and so on down to July. However, I could not figure out how to set the 9th as the official FIRST day of the year.

Hi, Unfortunately this isn't possible with the current custom calendar setup. It is something that could be possibly added in the future, however this particular type of calendar would be quite a niche request, and therefore would depend on demand from other users. Jess
