In the import screen to specify each column of data in the CSV file, only one column is displayed (watch the image). I tested it on both PC and MAC version of Aeron Timeline (lastest version). Hi, The reason your csv import isn't working is because your items in the csv file are separated by semi colons (;), not commas (,) or tabs. Where did you get your csv file from, did you export it from another program? Are you able to export it with either comma or tab delimiters, or maybe convert the current one using something like Excel? Jess

Hi, Thank you. With a French language workstation, the CSV can only be exported with semicolons or Tabs in Excel or Numbers (Good to know, the comma is impossible). In any case it works well with your guideline using Tabs (*.tsv from Numbers or *.txt from Excel). In addition, I have a question. The user manual says: "Note that Aeon Timeline will always create new identifiers for imported events". Is it planned to be able to update existing events in the future? Or is it already possible? Hi Emmanuel, No it isn't possible at the moment to update events when importing, however we are working on improving the importing/exporting system in the new version, which would allow us to the future ability to do this in the future. Jess
