Scrivener syncing and project sync settings

I am new to Aeon Timeline (love it already!). But ... I don't quite get the syncing with Scrivener. Bringing my project into Aeon is no issue (it is amazing how easy that is), but syncing the other way is not working for me. Therefore, I am hoping that someone here can assist with the following: 1. If I make changes to my Scrivener project in Aeon (for example if I change a title of a text), I see it reflected in the chapter overview on the right-hand side of Aeon, however, when I close Aeon down and open Scrivener, the change to the title is not reflected there. Isn't the syncing supposed to go both ways? Is it related to where and how I save my Aeon project? 1. How do I determine the correlation of fields in the project sync setting (between Aeon and Scrivener)? I can't input anything and when I choose 'New Custom Field', I can only choose it for one entity, then I need to close down the project sync window, then reopen it and choose 'New Custom Field' on another entity and so forth. It may be that I have not populated the proper fields in Scrivener, which Aeon n ormally links to. Whatever the reason, I am a bit at a loss on how to fix it. Grateful for your input on the above or any good videos / user guides that can assist, please. If changes in Aeon are not supposed to travel back to Scrivener, no worries. Good to know. My worry is that I am making changes in places I don´t see at first and only later will find out that I have tampered with input 'behind the scenes'. Thanks.

Just short... when in aeon and changing something you must use the option to sync/ sync entire project... or if you can spot it just the ones selected. For the thanges to show in scrivener.

Hi, Changes you make from Aeon Timeline should be synced back to Scrivener if you have set them up to do so. Unfortunately there is a bug at the moment where you can only choose to create 'New Custom Field' for one entity at a time - however the reopening and choosing a different one each time should set it up correctly still. To see what correlations of fields you have set up, you can see this is the Project Sync Settings. The values on the left shows the Aeon Timeline field, and the dropdown boxes next to them show if they are correlated with any value in Scrivener. If it says "None" then they won't sync, otherwise it should show what they sync to. For example, if Title has Title next to it, then the title in Aeon Timeline should sync to the Title of the Scrivener document. If these are set up correctly, then to check that the sync is going through, change the title of an event in Aeon Timeline. In the sync binder, the corresponding linked event should have an exclamation mark next to it, and if you click on it, will show you that the title has changed in Aeon Timelin e. If you then click the Sync Now button (or the two circular arrows on the top of the sync binder), then this change should sync to Scrivener, and a green plus sign should appear.
