Inspector refusing to display

The inspector does not display when i select "i" on an event. To resolve, I have had to reboot my mac, after which point the inspector starts to work again for a while, and then stops again. I've rebooted 3 times today and it's broken again. Also, the filter options refuse to display but i found a workaround: With filter turned on, I select "View > Show Tab Bar" - this forces the filter options row to appear. I can then select "View > Hide Tab Bar". Is there a workaround to force the Inspector to display other than rebooting the mac (restarting the app does not do it)?

Hi, Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the inspector loading. It isn't a bug we have come across before, so we don't know what a workaround would be as yet. What operating system are you using? Have you noticed it on multiple timeline files, or just the one you are working on? Have you noticed anything particular that you do before it stops working? Do the filter options always refuse to display, and is this true for all timeline files aswell? If you could send through your timeline file to support@aeontimeline.com, it would help us look into the problem to see if it is something specific to the file or not. Jess
