Hi, Does your timeline contain many attachments? We have found that users with a large amount of attachments report the program being slow on Mac computers due to the Mac autosave functionality. We are looking to improve the saving functionality in a future version so that this is no longer an issue. In the meantime, is it possible for you to convert your attachments to links instead? If you don't have any attachments and you are still finding it slow, then let us know and we will investigate further. Jess
I don't have a single attachment. :-/
Hi, Is the program lagging all the time, or is it when you have a specific file open? If you close all your files, and open our example timeline "Murder on the Orient Express", do you still see the lag? Jess
It's not when opening, but when scrolling vertically through events or horizontally through entities. And slow isn't the best term… but the response is jittery… meaning I scroll, but it happens in fits and starts.
I just realized that you asked something specific… I'll troubleshoot and see if the MOTOE timeless triggers the same problem.
