Can't find my license on my Mac menu

Hi! Please help me understand where to retrieve my license from my Mac menu. According to the lost license description in Support, it's supposed to be on the menu, but can't find it. [Screen Shot 2019-11-03 at 17](//

Hi, If your Aeon Timeline 2 menu does not contain the Registration item, then it is most likely that you purchased the product via the App Store, which does not need licenses. You can check by looking at the Purchased tab in the Mac App Store to see if your purchased the program through there. Jess
