I would be ever so grateful if there were more options added to the "eras".

This is amazing software and I'm so happy to have found it, but if I could humbly ask for a and update to the "eras". I would love to be able to color code the eras so that I could easily see where they begin and end easily. Right now it is very difficult to do without zooming in to find year/month/week 1. I would also love to be able to set the time in which the era begins. By only allowing me to set the length of time it forces the era to start at 1, and that isn't always helpful. For example, if I'm trying to highlight the era of Grunge music then I would still want the year to be 1992. Finally, and someone else requested this too, but to be able to quickly see the full name of the era by hovering over the top timeline would be an excellent feature. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi, You will be glad to know in the next version of Aeon Timeline we plan to add calendar markers that can shade the background of the timeline for certain time periods. This isn't exactly what you asked for, but you would be able to create one for each era that you wanted to do a similar thing. Eras in Aeon Timeline are specifically referring to calendar eras (a period of time before a new calendar starts (eg. BC/AC)) which is why they always start at 1. If you wish to highlight a certain period in time (eg. the era of Grunge music), this will be possible in the new version using the calendar markers. Jess

Hi, Yes they would be able to be set as recurring, such as being on the first of every month. Jess

Hi Jess, I am very interested in the recurring events feature. Is there currently an estimated release date for the coming update? Thanks.
