Software won't open after installing update

I had a notice of an update when I signed in today, so I downloaded it. Now I can't even open the software. Please help!!

Hi, The best thing to do first would be to completely uninstall Aeon Timeline from your computer, then download the most recent version from our website here: and install that version. If you do this, and it is still not working for you, are you able to let us know what operating system you are using? Jess
