Hi, Are you able to go into detail about what changes in particular that you wish to see? Have you done the syncing process and none of the changes are appearing, or do you wish to sync with Scrivener and don't know how to get started? Thank you for responding. I have done the sync with Scrivener but the items in the Aeon Timeline Sync tips tutorial do NOT appear in my Scrivener project as shown on the tutorial page. Bill
Hi Bill, Sorry to hear that the syncing isn't working for you. A couple of questions to help us work out the problem: 1. Do all the documents in the sync binder that you are syncing have a green tick next to them? 2. If you click on this tick, then are the items that you want synced listed with the correct information? 3. What version of Scrivener and Aeon Timeline are you using? 4. New problem: Tried to load project into Timeline but message says project is open in another app, which it is not, as confirmed by restarting the computer, opening and closing in Scrivener and checking Windows Task Manager. Can't answer you first question until this is resolved.

Hi Bill, Are you able to send through your timeline file and Scrivener project to email@example.com ? This will help us get to the bottom of the problem. Also if you can tell us what metadata is not syncing for you in the email. It might be something to do with using the Scrivener beta, although I have tested syncing with the current one and didn't find any problems. Jess
